Amanda Notman
With a passion for property and a keen eye for detail, Amanda Notman brings over two decades of experience in property sales. Having grown up in Torpoint, Amanda is passionate about South East Cornwall and the community. Her journey began with the founding of her successful agency, renowned for its client-centric approach and deep market knowledge. Amanda's expertise lies in understanding the unique needs of each client, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience. Her commitment to excellence is evident in every interaction, making her a trusted advisor in the property market. Amanda is our Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MRLO) and is always eager to keep updated, with continued professional development as a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).
Harry Taylor
Harry Taylor, co-founder of Notman & Taylor, is a local agent with over 10 years of experience, having developed a reputation for attentive customer service and deliverable results at his last agency. Harry was born and raised in Kingsand and Cawsand, and has a keen interest in local history. Harry's extensive knowledge of the ever-changing property market, period buildings and the conveyance process is invaluable, providing clients with vital insights and guidance. Harry has now completed his Master’s degree in Building Surveying. He previously achieved a 1st Class degree in Business Management and is a Student Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
